Where is Clear Lake Medical Clinic located?

We are located in 450 W Medical Center Blvd, Suite: 203, Webster, TX 77598

Where should I park?

You can park in the lot located directly adjacent to our professional building. For your convenience, there is also valet parking available at the Blossom St. entrance. (It is on the opposite side of the Medical Center Blvd entrance.)

What are your hours?

Our office hours are 8:30am – 5:00pm. If you should need non-urgent medical attention when our office is closed please contact us at 832-906-2500 If it is a life threatening situation or an emergency, please call 911.

I am a new patient. What should I bring to my first visit?

It is very important that you bring your current insurance card and photo ID with you for your first appointment.

What if I have to cancel my appointment or reschedule?

If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give us 24 hours’ notice, at which time we can reschedule your appointment. There may be a fee for missed appointments without notice.
Our receptionists answer all incoming calls between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. They will schedule, reschedule or cancel your appointment, and can answer many of your questions about our practice. Our answering service is available at all other times.

Which insurance plans do you accept?

We accept most insurance plans. Please call the office for further details.

What about my co-pay?

All co-payments must be made at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
